At Karol G Official Store, we want you to love your Bichota style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
